All new for 2025!
With the support of Amazon, the United Way of Brevard is reimagining this event as the Space Coast Wellness Challenge.

HOW IT WORKS
Each week you will receive an email the WEDNESDAY (see dates above).
Each week you will receive an email from 2025wellnesschallenge-gmail.com@ shared1.ccsend.com. Please whitelist the address! Check your spam folder if you are missing the weekly email (first one will be sent January 29).
Track your minutes of activity each week β not steps! It’s every minute that counts. The weekly email will include a link to a form. Click on the link and fill in the required information and your minutes of activity. You can only fill it in once so make sure you don’t fill it out until FRIDAY, after you’ve tallied your weekly activity minutes.
This is how your team will advance! The more active participants on each team, the higher your rank. Follow our Facebook page to see a weekly leaderboard of the top teams!
If you miss the deadline to send in your minutes for one week, don’t send them with the following week’s minutes. The activity minutes reset at the beginning of each week.
Do you have activities?
Throughout the challenge our education committee and some teams host activities that are open to everyone. In the past we’ve had community walks, Zumba, beach clean-ups, bike rides, and more! Otherwise, throughout the challenge you’ll track your individual minutes of activity. There’s no gym to join, and this challenge is completely free.
What counts as activity minutes?
We count any physical activity such as running, walking, swimming, dancing, working out, lifting weights, biking, inline skating, paddleboarding β anything that gets your heart pumping and your body moving.
Please note:
You will get an email from the challenge each week, and you MAY get one from your team captain as well. This is what we asked you to opt in to on the registration form. If you unsubscribe or opt out of emails, that will also remove you from the challenge.
